When people ask me, "Why web design?" the short answer is simple: I genuinely love it. But the full story is deeper — web design ties together all the things I'm most passionate about and naturally skilled in.

I've always had a creative eye for design, whether through small projects, home decor, or branding. But beyond the visual side, I’ve always had a strong, logical mind. I studied Mathematics with a minor in English at Northern Arizona University, where I discovered my love for coding, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. This blend of creativity and logic laid the perfect foundation for entering the world of San Diego website design — and for building websites that are not only beautiful but also highly functional.

Launching Bear Design Company was a dream that grew out of both ambition and necessity. After having my two babies back-to-back, traditional career paths felt impossible. With encouragement from my husband and family, I saw a new opportunity: to start a business from home that would allow me to help small businesses, entrepreneurs, and other mom-owned businesses bring their brands online in a professional, polished way — all while being just steps away from my little cubs.
